At Bar Harbor Blends, every jar of sea salt is handcrafted in small batches with care and intention. Because our products are edible goods, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for safety and quality assurance reasons.
🚫 No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the perishable nature of our sea salt and spice blends, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless an item arrives damaged or there was an error in your order.
✅ Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we’re here to make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following:
Your order number
A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item
A brief description of the issue
We'll happily send a replacement or offer store credit if the issue is confirmed.

ℹ️ Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please reach out within 24 hours of purchase. Once your order is being prepared or has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
