Thank you for supporting Bar Harbor Blends — where every jar of sea salt is made by hand on the coast of Maine. Below is everything you need to know about how and when your order ships.


⏳ Processing Time
Because we produce and package our products in small batches, processing times may vary, especially during product launches or restocks.

Please allow 2–4 weeks for your order to be processed and shipped.
For preorders or limited seasonal batches, extended timelines will be clearly noted on the product page.
We appreciate your patience as we ensure each product meets our quality standards before it leaves our hands.

🚚 Shipping Rates & Carriers
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on weight, location, and carrier rates. We currently ship through USPS and UPS for domestic orders.

At this time, we only ship within the United States. (International shipping may become available in the future!)


📦 Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

📬 Lost or Delayed Packages
Bar Harbor Blends is not responsible for delays once your package has been transferred to the shipping carrier. If your tracking shows that your package is lost, delayed, or delivered incorrectly:

First, check with your local post office or delivery carrier

🧂 Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, don’t worry — we’ve got you.

Please email GreenIsleCollective@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:

Your order number
A photo of the damaged or incorrect item
A short description of the issue
We’ll be happy to send a replacement or offer store credit if the issue is confirmed.


🔁 No Returns (Except for Retailers)
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns from individual customers. However, retailers and wholesale partners may be eligible for returns or refunds in accordance with our Refund Policy.
